From the cheerful Purple and Gold chalk drawings and camaraderie that filled Creamer Courtyard, to the community service projects, inspired by our school’s founder, that we carried out across the city and farm, to the spirited athletic events that were highlighted, as always, by the Apache Race and, for the first time, by a magnificent (if a bit messy) mud run, our Founder’s Day and 110th Field Day was a time for Wheeler students, faculty, staff, and families to enjoy and appreciate an epic community experience.

And if you’re wondering: Gold was victorious on Field Day, meaning the Gold flag will fly next school year over Godley Field at the farm! Team Purple can still take comfort in knowing that the Purple flag will be raised each school day in Providence thanks to their winning effort on Wheeler’s Day of Giving. Congratulations again to all!
